Serani Sports Ground is a community space, majority of the people who gain the most from the grounds are the different native communities of Mombasa who use the Serani Sports grounds for their recreational activities. there are several young and old people who engage in different sporting activities. there are football teams from ganjoni, magongo just to name a few. the future stars academy trains youngsters on football skills and discipline so the young are not left behind all these are considered to be the heart of the Serani sports community. Schools and Universities such as Sacred Heart School, Al Farsy Academy, Ganjoni Primary school, Valentine Secondary school, Moi University and many more that reside within the vicinities.
